  1. On September 3, 2014, visitor Otyonye Vincent arrived at Autry State Prison to visit an inmate. A cell phone was observed on his person and the front entry officer advised him he would have to take it back to his vehicle. Officers then conducted a search of his briefcase and found tobacco in three different sealed packages. Visitor Otyonye insisted that someone else packed his briefcase. In addition, Visitor Otyonye pulled a second cell phone from his waistband. A total of three packages of tobacco, two cell phones, and a $46.00 check which was addressed to the inmate he was visiting were recovered. Visitor Otyonye was arrested by Mitchell County Sheriff’s deputies.
